How To Apply For Call Center Incharge Jobs in Islamabad?

  • All positions will be filled in accordance with the provincial quota.
  • All candidates will be eligible for a general age relaxation of five years in accordance with government regulations. At the time of the interview, individuals in government service are required to provide a letter of authorization (NOC).
  • Original testimonials, educational certificates, degrees, experience certificates, certificates of training or courses, and other supporting documents must be presented during the interview or upon request. Additionally, an attested copy of the CNIC is required.
  • There will be no consideration or continuation of experience for part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee positions.
  • In the event of unsatisfactory performance, the service may be terminated with 15 days prior notice. Appointments will be on a contract basis for a period of one year, with the option to extend the term upon satisfactory performance or until the project is completed, whichever occurs first.
  • The test and interview will be conducted exclusively with candidates who have been prescreened.
  • No TA or DA will be permitted for the test or interview.
  • 2% of the quota will be reserved for the disabled in accordance with government policy.
  • The application will not be accepted after the closing date.
  • The department retains the right to cancel the recruitment process in its entirety, increase or decrease the number of positions as per the recruitment process for any post at any stage, and do so without providing any justification.
