Class Teaching Assistant Jobs in UK 2024 – Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship

Currently, The Agency London manages eight venues and seven academies throughout the United Kingdom. Further educational institutions are expected to become members of the Agency. Positions are currently being filled in each of our institutions. Applicants who have been accepted will initially be verified as Agency employees, and information regarding their assigned institution will be provided during the summer term. Occasional inter-site travel may be necessary, as an illustration, to participate in training opportunities.

In addition to instructing pupils at the institution, perform any additional responsibilities that the principal deems appropriate. These responsibilities may include pastoral arrangements and advising and collaborating with the principal and other instructors on the design and development of courses of study, teaching materials, programs, methods, and assessments.

Responsibilities of Class Teaching Assistant Jobs in UK

Responsible to the Principal under all circumstances; in the Principal’s absence, to the Vice Principal.
Responsible for overseeing the activities of relevant learning support assistants.
Collaboration with one or more of the entities listed below:

  • Parents and students.
  • including the Vice Principal, Principal, teaching and support staff, and topic coordinators.
  • The body in charge.
  • Representatives of the teachers’ union in institutions.
  • Local government personnel in the field of education.
  • Individuals who offer instruction.
  • Personnel from additional institutions or trusts.
  • Comprised of the local populace.

Key Tasks and Activities

The principal responsibilities associated with the position are as follows:

  • Instruct students in the designated class according to their educational requirements;
  • Supervise and regulate the storage and utilization of instructional materials in the classroom;
  • Plan and prepare lessons, schedules of work, and activities in collaboration with other colleagues and under the supervision of Year Leaders to ensure that the students have equitable access to the curriculum and that the assignments are suitable for their age level and skill level.
  • Communicate with parents as required and by school-approved procedures, and monitor and evaluate the progress and accomplishments of students.
  • To ensure adherence to the school’s policies and disciplinary mechanisms while upholding discipline;
  • Attend meetings, contribute to discussions, and implement management techniques that are necessary for coordinating the school’s and the Trust’s overall activities.
  • To ensure that the Trust’s equal opportunities policy is adhered to and to promote equal opportunities within the school;
  • To grade class attendance records.
  • Develop and reach a consensus on a strategy for professional development.
  • Attend pertinent INSET, provide colleagues with a report, and implement the findings as necessary in the classroom.
