• The application form is available for download from the website or from the office of the Registrar. It should be accompanied by a Demand Draft or Pay Order for Rs.5,000 (Non-Refundable) for all Teaching Faculty positions (as an application processing fee in favor of Hyderabad Institute of Technology & Management Science). Non-faculty members are required to pay Rs.3,000 (Non-Refundable), while supporting staff are required to pay Rs.1,000 (Non-Refundable).
• The application form, duly completed and accompanied by supporting documents, must be submitted to the office of the Registrar, Hyderabad Institute of Technology & Management Science, formerly Youth Hostel, Daman-e-Kohsar, Latifabad, Hyderabad, no later than fifteen days after the publication of this advertisement.
• In addition to properly bonded sets of attested copies of their degree, certificate, one photograph, and research publications, candidates for the positions of assistant professor and non-teaching position should submit one copy of their bio-data/CV and five copies for the positions of professor and associate professor.
• Applicants who are currently employed in governmental, semi-governmental, or autonomous entities should submit their applications through the appropriate channels.
• The age limit is set at 45 years, although it may be lenient in exceptional circumstances for suitably qualified candidates and government/semi-government employees.
• Registrar and Director of Finance positions, however, carry a three-year term and may also consider candidates up to the age of sixty-two for consideration.
• Only candidates who are at least sixty-two years old and specialize in the field of computer science and emergent disciplines may be considered for the position of professor.
• The evaluation of qualifications and experience shall be conducted as of the application submission deadline.
• Applicants for multiple positions must submit distinct application forms, accompanied by a separate bank draft containing the required documents for each position.
• Applications that are not complete, including those that are missing educational, professional, and experience certificates, processing fees, and applications received after the designated date, will not be considered.

• The Institute retains the prerogative to modify or suspend the number of advertised positions at any time, in addition to the right to terminate advertised positions in whole or in part.
• The contractual salary package for each vacancy shall be determined by the market rate, be negotiable, or comply with the Project PC-I and the decisions of the Selection Board/Selection Committee, with the agreement of both parties during the interview process.
