  • Facilitating systematic testing and preventative maintenance of rooms and equipment, including plumbing, electrical work, construction, painting, and decorating.
  • Maintaining the appearance of the hotel’s public and back-of-house areas.
  • To possess a comprehensive understanding of the fire and emergency protocols of the hotel.
  • During your shift, conduct routine inspections of the guest corridors and public areas’ lighting to ensure that everything is functioning correctly.
  • Consistently inspecting maintenance supplies and procuring sufficient quantities as required to guarantee uninterrupted service provision to all other departments.
  • As required, respond to maintenance-related callouts.
  • In particular, to adhere to C.O.S.H.H. regulations concerning the storage of hazardous substances.
