Solihull Community Services’ Role:

  • Perform distinct clinical pharmacy responsibilities in the pharmacy community.
  • Service group. This requires medication revision and management assistance.
  • Clinical governance and the optimization of medications in community-based services in Solihull. Interim care is also included.
  • The incumbent will enhance the provision of education and training through the formulation of

Qualifications:

Essential
