Your Work Includes:

• The responsibility for the daily operations of IRT Dalmeny, which includes the administration and delivery of resident relations by IRT policies and procedures.
• Delivering exceptional operational performance in compliance with the Aged Care industry standards, relevant laws and regulations, and IRT annual targets.
• Guarantee the comprehensive and expeditious documentation of all administrative obligations, such as care plans and other programs.
• To guarantee a well-functioning and competent staff, it is necessary to identify workforce requirements, which include hiring, monitoring, and developing through performance evaluations.
• Assisting, encouraging, and guiding a team of employees and volunteers to maintain and enhance the provision of high-quality care to residents that meet their physical, emotional, and social requirements
• Allocating resources efficiently to satisfy the demands of residents and staff while remaining cost-effective, as well as creating and managing budgets for the Residence.

To be Successful, You Will Need:

• AHPRA’s current Australian Nursing Registration.

• Deep comprehension of ACFI, Aged Care Legislation, and Accreditation.
• Proficiency in the utilization of technology, including clinical management systems.
