About the Role:

The role of the Digital and Web Content Manager is to manage a group of Digital Content Officers in order to guarantee that our digital channels and systems—especially the website—ultimately support the marketing strategy of the university.

You will be in charge of managing SEO advancements, leading content development activities to enhance our goals for higher levels of personalization, and maintaining the digital technologies that allow our site to function. Managing the customer journey across our website and incorporating relevant call to action (CTA) points with our customer relationship management (CRM) system to offer a consistent experience will be a significant part of this task.

The role is heavily focused on student recruitment, customer experience, and brand promotion. It requires a well-organized, powerful person who is prepared to back best practices regarding our content principles and how they are applied across our digital channels. Project completion and the support of our marketing campaigns approach depend on the capacity to collaborate with larger teams and lead a small team with a varied workload.
