Job Positions:

Manager Reservoir Modelling

  • Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 14 years of experience in the upstream E&P industry, as well as a bachelor’s or master’s diploma in petroleum engineering. It is imperative to possess proficiency in reservoir simulation research and discipline enhancement initiatives.
  • Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the management and execution of in-house reservoir simulation studies, the fine manipulation of third-party subsurface studies, and the recommendation of drilling improvement wells and discipline improvement planning to enhance hydrocarbon production. The incumbent reports to the Head of Development.

Senior Business Analyst (Finance)

  • Qualifications and Experience: ACCA/ACMA/CFAP/MBA with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience or BBA/BS (Economics, Finance, or Accounting) with a minimum of ten years of experience. Candidates with experience in the hydrocarbon and gasoline industry are preferred.
  • Job Responsibilities: Organized economic forecasts, conducted monetary analysis, provided overall performance insights, developed and reviewed valuation fashions and economics, and organized enterprise and industry statistics dashboards.

Senior Business Excellence Officer

  • Experience and Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of seven years of experience in business process improvement, sustainability, or a related field, including three years in a team lead role. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in the oil and gas industry.

One year of post-fellowship/post-residency experience, preferably in the corporate sector. Registration with PMDC is compulsory.
