State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC) is recruiting for the following positions:

  • Provincial Medical Officer (PMO): Three positions are available, with two in Balochistan and one in KP. Candidates must possess an MBBS degree, five years of experience in In-Patient Department (IPD) contexts, and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Senior Claims Officer: 11 positions (5 in Multan, 4 in Islamabad, and 2 in Quetta). Applicants must possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office, have a minimum of one year of experience in IPD medicine, and hold an MBBS degree.
  • Claims Officer: Two positions (Quetta: Two). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an MBBS degree are prerequisites.
  • Senior Account Officer: Two positions are available: one in Islamabad and one in Quetta.     The Chairman of the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan is supported by the Executive Directors who are appointed by the Federal Government. The Corporation was overseen by a Board of Directors that formed under the Life Insurance (Nationalization) Order 1972 until July 2000.

    Agents engaged in life insurance are required to complete a three-month Foundation Course by the Ordinance. The following phases constitute the Foundation course: 10 days of classroom training. 80 days of on-the-job training (practical field training under the supervision of the Area Manager or Sector Head)

  3. How does state life insurance work?

    The risk cover for life stays in effect for the entire sum insured, even after survival benefits have been paid, and the bonus is also calculated on the full sum insured. the survival benefits will be removed from the maturity value if the policyholder survives till the end of the term.
