You will establish connections with two bases—Ilkeston Community Hospital and Long Eaton Health Centre—while working in the Erewash region.

Our Core Therapy service is available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays and from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. The Rapid Therapy Team and the Core Therapy Team alternate in their coverage of the later shift pattern.

You must have the ability to travel to appointments by car and utilize a laptop with SystmOne for note-taking.

Caseload management requires exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. You will have a significant role in the weekly therapy team huddles that are held to discuss discharge planning for patients on our active caseload.
