We are seeking a highly qualified, proactive, and experienced individual to occupy this position in the accommodation service. Contributing to the recruitment and leadership of a team that will assist our personnel outside of regular business hours will enhance the level of service we offer our residents.

This position’s primary objective is to enhance residents’ living experience by organizing an assortment of activities for their participation. Additionally, this role entails promptly responding to any incidents that may transpire within our campuses and residences while overseeing specific responsibilities that contribute to the overall improvement of the accommodation service.

An individual at ease actively participating in the strategic development of the hospitality service possesses exceptional customer service and communication capabilities, and takes pleasure in collaborating with students and young individuals is the ideal candidate for this position.

You will possess exceptional attention to detail and be well-versed in the building blocks of effective team leadership and Residential Life (ResLife) program implementation. You will be an ardent supporter of continuous development, possess a comprehensive understanding of the student demographic and evolving expectations, and question established norms. Additionally, you will identify novel approaches to enhance the service.

The incumbent will be expected to perform duties on a rota basis from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., every day of the week, excluding Sundays.

A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be performed after the interview for this position. The appointment is subject to the requisite clearance.
