The Division of Facilities Management and Safety is home to this position. On both the main campus and the regional campuses, the architect is in charge of capital construction projects. The Capital Construction Project Administrator will be responsible for making sure that design professionals understand the needs of user groups and that projects are planned to successfully and efficiently carry out specified programs.

The construction is finished on time and within budget. Project management will be the position’s primary responsibility from the start of planning, programming, and budgeting through the warranty period.

Minimum Qualifications:
